Natural palm wax granules offer the simplest way for anyone to create a natural, non-sooting candle to refill a concrete container. In the store's "Candles in Concrete Containers" section, each candle's description specifies the amount of bulk candle material required to refill the container. The bulk candle kit includes snow-white, unscented palm wax granules, wicks with bases for insertion into narrow containers, wicks for placement in shallow and wide containers, a pipette for adding fragrance oil (fragrance oil not included), and instructions for candle creation and use.

Candle Creation and Usage Instructions:

  1. Fill the container approximately halfway with wax granules.
  2. If you have purchased a scented candle, use the pipette to evenly drizzle the candle oil onto the soy wax granules poured into the container. The candle oil will fully infuse the wax granules with fragrance after ~2 hours.
  3. Carefully fill the container to the top with soy wax granules.
  4. If you wish to burn the candle briefly each time (no longer than 2 hours), insert one or more wicks without a metal base into the granule layer such that the distance between the wicks and from the container walls is no less than 5 cm (~2 inches), and the wick height above the wax granules does not exceed 1 cm (~0.4 inches). Once you extinguish the candle, allow the melted wax to harden, then remove the congealed wax along with the entire wick, fluff the granules, and insert new wicks.
  5. If you prefer not to change the wick and plan to burn the candle for more than 2 hours at a time, use one or more wicks with a metal base. Use a single wick if the container's upper diameter does not exceed 8 cm (approximately 3.1 inches). Bury the wicks in the granules so that the metal base contacts the container bottom and the wick is oriented vertically upward. (This step is easier to perform immediately after completing step 1.) Position the wicks symmetrically in the container so that all distances between the container walls and the wicks are approximately equal but no less than 4 cm (~1.6 inches). Before lighting, trim the wicks to approximately 1 cm (~0.4 inches) above the wax granules.

Never leave a burning candle unattended! Burn candles in locations inaccessible to children and pets! Always maintain at least 10 cm (approximately 4 inches) between burning candles! Do not burn candles on or near anything that can catch fire! Do not place candles in drafts! Do not place candles near heat sources! Do not place candles on their sides! Always use a specialized candle snuffer to extinguish the flame—do not blow it out! Prevent matches or other foreign objects from entering the melted wax to avoid flare-ups! Do not move a burning candle! Do not use liquids to extinguish it! During burning, the container walls become hot! Do not use the container for food storage. Candle composition: 100% natural palm wax (potential hazard data: H226 – flammable liquid; country of origin: USA, importer: SIA “Gedvillo Services”). The kit includes cotton and hemp fiber wicks. Final product assembler: SIA “Kārlis Anitens”, reg. no. 40103671539, Dignājas iela 3-6A, Rīga, LV-1004.
